Ensuring the safety and comfort of our participants while delivering excitement and challenge requires meticulous planning. Our team thoroughly prepares for each event long before it begins, addressing every potential hazard to ensure a seamless experience. Rest assured, you’re in capable hands.

NO SHORTCUTS
Extensive safety and rescue systems and detailed plans address foreseeable emergency scenarios for each event specifically. All our volunteers are trained in first aid, and we coordinate with a medical clinic in advance to ensure it is fully prepared to handle any medical needs that may arise during the event.

PROTOCOLS
Our team is trained in access management, event-specific protocols, safe working practices, vehicle operations, height safety, welfare, COVID-19 precautions, emergency response, site security, course management, and handling threats such as firearms and hazardous substances. We also have procedures in place for managing unattended items.
