Probably the best benefit of working with us is always having an adventure buddy (or many). And in addition to a great group of sports obsessives, we organize multiple gatherings, trips, you know… sports experiences.

We believe our success depends on the personal and professional growth of our team members. In other words, we succeed when we all succeed. That’s why we offer a professional development program led by our on-field supervisors, mentors, and sports legends.

We offer all our volunteers the opportunity to gain valuable skills and competencies in organizing and managing sporting events.

We partner with several European and North American sports organizations so you can have shadowing opportunities or knowledge exchange trips. Because this is so much about YOU.

You’ll gain access to hands-on learning experiences and valuable networking opportunities within the sports industry, both locally and internationally. You may network with amazing event organizers, top athletes or event organizers, but also with gold medalists at the Olympics. And you can also do it as part of your University practical experience.
